Casa Grenågade
Casa Grenågade
Description
Welcome to Casa Grenågade, our lovely apartment on Østerbro (East Bridge) in the eastern part of Copenhagen. We have lived in this apartment since 2010 and we love it! And since it is our home, our guests will hopefully feel like it is a living home. We are, however, often away during weekends and then guests will have the apartment for themselves. Check-in times are 1pm to 9pm! Please keep that in mind, when booking your trip to Copenhagen. The space The building is from 1895. We live on the 1st. floor, in a 3 room flat with a big kitchen, a small but modern bathroom and a balcony. There is a big, open yard in the back. Guest access You will have access to all but one room (our own bedroom). Your bedroom has a comfortable sleeping couch with a memory foam top-mattress. There is a tv, table and a couple of recliner chairs. You of course have access to the bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a gas-stove, electric oven, microwave and refrigerator. From the kitchen there is access to our lovely balcony. During your stay As a rule of thumb, guests will be sharing the apartment with the us. Lisbeth works monday to friday just a couple of streets over from the apartment. We have a house on the island of Møn, about 100 km south of Copenhagen, where we spend a lot of weekends and holidays. Robert spends a lot of time there and is usually only in Copenhagen a couple of days a weeks. When we are home at the same time as our guest, we do require only that they respect that we get up in the early mornings and have to have unlimited access to the bathroom and kitchen. If guests are also early risers, please let us know so we can all agree on access to the bathroom. The building is from 1895, the doors and floors are "creaky", and sound-insulation isn't great. But we try to be as quiet as possible in the early morning, so as to not disturb our guests. In fact, most guests, so far, have commented that they sleep "too well" in our apartment...... ;) A special note: please do not ask if you can register your address and CPR number with us. We are AirBnB host, not providers of work visas. Thank you. Otherwise we are easy going and love meeting and interacting with our guests. Other things to note You will find instructions on how to get to our place, in the "Guidebook" on our listing. Please read all information about the apartment and the check-in / check-out times before you book our place.
