As this is a shared facility, please be mindful of noise at night (conversations, doors, appliances). 2) Areas & Actions Strictly Prohibited Entry of non-registered visitors into the building or guest rooms is strictly forbidden. Meetings may be held outdoors (tables and chairs available). If a visitor intends to use common areas, they must be registered as a paying guest. Special cases (e.g., caregiving) require prior consultation. Violations may result in refusal of stay, ban from premises, or police report. Dining hall facilities (except ice machine, WC, parcel area): prohibited. Shared refrigerators in living rooms (for residents only): prohibited. Guests must use their in-room fridge. 3) Violations & Fees Unauthorized entry or unreported stay: 30,000 JPY (excl. tax) per person per night, as per accommodation agreement. Non-payment may result in a police report. Interaction in common areas The living room, kitchen, gym, and table tennis table are places where conversation and interaction naturally arise.When the other person seems busy or wants to spend time quietly, don't force a conversation, and when you want to enjoy cooking or table tennis together, ask, 'May I join you?'Let's say hello. 3. Respect for privacy Rooms and bed spaces are private spaces.You cannot enter without permission or invite people who are not registered to stay.Please use the outdoor table seating for visits. 4. Manners of sound and time Please keep the volume of conversations, games, and music down after 22: 00.Please refrain from using the washing machine and dryer between 23: 00 and 6: 00. 5. To avoid communication problems Please avoid topics related to religion, politics, and money.When sharing food and drinks, please make sure to check for allergies and religious restrictions. 6. Small acts of care lead to peace of mind Please tidy up any rubbish and used dishes immediately, and let us know so that the next morning or the next guest can use it comfortably.These thoughtful touches will make your interactions go smoothly. We are also happy to guide guests who are interested in Toyo's deep drinking district for long-term stays.International exchange is also very welcome. Other things to note Our facility operates with automated self check-in. Therefore, you will not need to meet or interact directly with staff during your stay. After your reservation, we will send you a link to your Guest My Page (minpakuinn). Through this system, you are required to fill out the guest registration form in advance (please be sure to include your email address). Since Airbnb hides guest email addresses, we cannot automatically send the check-in code. The check-in code will be sent at 20:00 on the day before your stay, so please make sure to complete the registration by then.
