Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary. The space Open plan, light and airy converted stone barn with slate floors downstairs and exposed beams in the vaulted ceiling. Stairs lead up to a mezzanine bedroom with wooden flooring, a king size bed and organic linen. The cosy and comfortable living space with tv, wifi and snuggly Loaf sofa, is perfect for relaxing in after a day of Cornish sea air. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, Delonghi coffee machine, cafetiere and all essential items and utensils for cooking culinary delights. We supply tea & coffee as well as seasonings & spices. Bathroom wither bath & overhead shower and heated towel rail. Fluffy towels and organic products are also supplied. There is ample parking at the property and direct access onto the beach & into the water - bliss! Guests will also have exclusive use of our private boat park area in which boats or kayaks/canoes can be stored and launched free of charge. As a welcome gesture we provide a complimentary sample of our sought after oysters and mussels for you to enjoy. 2026 - We will only be taking week long bookings (Thursday - Thursday) from March 30th until October 1st. Other things to note Please note that we do accept 1 small/medium sized dog at an extra cost of £5 per day payable on departure. * We only take week long bookings from April 1st to October 1st , thank you.
