IG @tigerhousehermitage Guest access At Tiger House Hermitage, you'll have the entire barn to yourself, accessed via a private entrance and driveway. Surrounded by our expansive family property, adorned with beautiful old trees and teeming with birdlife, you'll feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Take a leisurely stroll down the country road to Birdwood's Gallery, a charming cafe and gallery nestled at the bottom of the paddock, offering a delightful blend of art and artisanal fare. Other things to note We have currently done renovations adding a large furnished living room with a fire, and separating the kitchen and bedroom off from one another. There’s still a bit of painting and decorating to finish things off, but for the best part it’s functional and looks good. The second bedroom is a converted stable located in the garden, separate from the main barn. It shares a bathroom inside the main barn and offers a quirky, rustic experience that many guests enjoy—especially in the summer months. While it has power and heating, it’s a simple space best suited to those who appreciate a glamping-style experience. It’s ideal as an extra room for a night or two during your stay. (Second bedroom will only be available on request, and isn’t available outside of summer).
