FOUR SEASON RETREAT is a mountain property conveniently located in Cascade-Chipita Park, CO 10 mi from Colorado Springs, 8 mi to historic Manitou Springs, and only 5 mi to Woodland Park, a beautiful alpine-style town. Walk to the historic part of Green Mountain Falls along Fountain Creek trail, enjoy the lake and the park, restaurants, bars, cafes. We are close to Pikes Peak Highway, Santa's Workshop Amusement Park, Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Garden of the Gods, and Dinosaur Museum. Four Season Retreat is a mountain property in a great location perfect to vacation any time of the year. A great little mountain community offers a variety of local restaurants just a mile away. Take a beautiful trail along Fountain Creek and stay for lunch on the lake! Enjoy seasonal community pool, a park on the lake, and a fountain in the middle of it. It is a fishing lake and people catch rainbow trout there. Some summer festivals and events take place in the park and Green Mountain Falls community every summer. Walk to the historic center of Green Mountain Fall community along Fountain Creek to enjoy a beautiful lake and park with a playground and picnic tables. Some wonderful local restaurants (Mucky Duck, Pantry) can be a great lunch or dinner option. Enjoy sightseeing, lakes, trails, historic towns in the surrounding area such as Manitou Springs, Cripple Creek. The house offers a wonderful mountain view and a great location. Santa's Workshop is just a few minutes away. Pikes Peak Highway can take you to the summit of Pikes Peak. We are a few miles from Dinosaur Museum in Woodland Park, an actual working laboratory kids and adults will enjoy. We have 2 sets of leather furniture and a big screen TV in the living room. All bedrooms are furnished with custom-made aspen log furniture, brand new pillow-top mattresses. We have partially remodeled two bathrooms with contemporary vanities. There is a wide clearing in front of the house. You could see wildlife there almost every morning and at sunset. We saw deer, foxes, squirrels, beautiful birds, elks, etc. Relax with a glass of wine on the patio or a cup of coffee in the morning and let natural scenery unfold its beauty...
