Free off-street parking and wifi. Perfect for visiting any of the Edinburgh Festivals, but allowing you to wander back via the parks for some urban tranquility with good cafes and bijou shops! The space Self-catering garden studio apartment is a good choice for guests who wish to stay in a quiet and exclusive area of Edinburgh, within walking distance of Edinburgh’s historic city centre and Princes Street. Offering free off-street parking, the accommodation is a great base from which to explore Edinburgh. Only a 25min walk to most city centre attractions or short bus ride, this studio apartment is in the garden of an established stone-built home, set within a grand leafy street of Victorian villas. Guests can enjoy a quiet setting whilst only being a couple of minutes walk from Morningside/ Bruntsfield shops and large public park. This area of Edinburgh has many delightful gift shops, delis, cafes, and a good choice of bars and restaurants. This garden studio apartment has an open-plan layout with a kingsize bed. Please note we are only permitted to host maximum 1 infant due to bedding availability. There is a small shower-room with WC and wash-basin. The small kitchen area is ideal for preparing light meals, for the times when you choose not to eat out at one of the excellent selection of nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a combination microwave/convection oven/grill and induction hob – it is not a full sized kitchen, as can be seen from the studio photos. The studio has its’ own keys, and is situated in the walled garden of a stone-built villa. There are privacy blinds for all garden facing windows (except the roof light). The garden has a locked gate access (keys are provided for both garden gate and studio). Guest access The bright living space features glazed doors which lead out on to a secluded garden terrace, guests have the benefit of being able to sit out to enjoy the garden. Other things to note Other questions previous guests have asked us: -The studio has electric floor vent heating -There are privacy blinds for the main vertical windows. -the skylights have no blinds, however for the non-early risers we provide eye masks! -self-catering -We have a babycot with linen/towel and highchair if required - all useful studio and local info is contained in a buff A4 folder in the accommodation.
