The CrabPot - a Beach Box Classic!

A Classic Beach Cottage in GREAT location for that Relaxed Beach Feel! Ocean side of the highway on a quite cul-de-sac. Walk to Dowdy Park, the New Bonnet St Beach Station (with Guards, Showers, Restrooms.) The YMCA, Mini golf, Groceries, Ice Cream. A block from the Bike Path to Jockey Ridge State Park. Fishing pier, Outlet mall, light house.... Three Bedrooms upstairs and a large suite on lower level. Screened in Porch, Outdoor Shower, Grills, Bikes, Chairs, Beach Cart, Umbrellas...! The space On the ground floor of The Crab Pot there is an out-door shower, Laundry room, Bike and Beach equipment storage. A private Entrance grants access to a Queen bed suite with private 1/2 bath and a "Just Out the Door" outdoor shower. In the Laundry area we keep a collection of beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, bogey boards and a beach cart for your use. Please rinse them off after using. Outdoor lower level has weather protected Patio table seating area, a Garden Swing, Charcoal Grill, Ring toss game. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms (Two Queen Bedrooms and one with two twin beds), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room/Dining area, Screened porch and large open deck with Gas Grill. Please Note that we do NOT provide Bed Linens or towels. There are pillows and blanket and comforters but no Sheets or pillow cases for the Beds. Neither Bath nor Beach Towels are provided. The CrabPot is fully furnished, with all we could think of. There is a microwave & toaster, Drip Coffe Maker, Toaster Oven, blender, CrockPot as well as a range of utensils. For entertainment there is a 42" TV with the usual cable options, etc. and of course WiFi! In addition to the HVAC there are ceiling fans in all the rooms to keep things "Beachy" There is an assortment of puzzles and games usually kept in the Hall closet and Beach Reads scattered thru out. Please Be Aware: There are stairs - You must climb one set of stairs to access the main living area, kitchen, screened porch. Security Deposit - $250 will be refunded in total as soon as we have the house cleaned and inspected. Guest access Guests have sole access to the entire home. Other things to note Linens are NOT provided. Just Pillows, blankets spread and comforters. You will have to bring bath and beach towels as well as linens for the beds you intend to use - 3 Queen and 2 Twin Beds are available in the house. Some of the Rental Companies listed in Nags Head or in OBX in general can deliver and pick linens. Beach Equipment is stocked in the beginning of the season. Sometimes the Salt water and wear and tear get to them so check condition before depending on them.
