Located in Soulari, a nice quaint village just five minutes from the town of Lixouri, Villa Fior is a newly built residence, it is found only 8 mins by car from the unique Xi beach known for its red sand and green clay, it is also 7 mins from Lepeda beach and 30 mins from dreamy Petani beach. There is a super market in a 3 mins distance and a gas station 2 mins by car from the Villa. It is an ideal and luxurious choice if you are looking for relaxation in an autonomous,full service environment. The space Villa Fior combines our passion in building, the place, the luxury that we want to provide our guests as well as the characteristics of the Kefalonian culture with the amenities of an autonomous residence which you can consider home. Fully supplied to cover all your needs with two bedrooms, one bathroom-WC , a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room and a living room, a balcony, a barbecue,a large terray around the residence, a private parking. There is also a colorful garden full of trees and flowers where you can relax in a comfortable sitting area. Particularly BEDROOMS: There is one master bedroom with a double bed, a 32'' TV and a wardrobe for your personal belongings. There is also a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe a 32'' TV and a desk. Soft matresses carefully designed have been chosen so as to ensure that you get a good night's sleep. Upon your arrival you will find fresh sets of towels and linen available. Each of the bedrooms has got its own private balcony. BATHROOM-WC: In the bathroom there is a spacious oval shower, a washing machine, a modern hand basin with each own cupboards. There is also a large wall mirror and extra storage space for towels or whatever you wish to store. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully supplied to cover all your needs during your stay. There is an oven, a kitchen hob, fridge, a toaster. In the same place you can find a five seater dining room. SITTING ROOM: In our sitting room you will find a comfortable and luxurious corner sofa, which can be converted into a double bed, a lovely coffee table, extra sitting stools, a fire place, a 42'' TV set and a desk with a chair where you can use your laptop comfortably. GARDEN-OUTDOORS: In the 30 s.m terrace you will find a nice dining set to enjoy meals or relax. There is also the barbeque area under a pergola with table and chairs. Surrounded by flower beds and natural grass, you will find plenty of walking space around the perimeter of the house. Finally there is a shower and a private parking. In addition in Fior Villa you get a secured remote controled gate, air conditioning in all house rooms and free WIFI. Total floor area of Villa is 80 s.m. Children are welcome and parents must be aware that there are tiled flooring throughout and three steps up to the Villa and concrete patios. It is parents responsibility to ensure childrens safety. Total plot area of Villa is 300 s.m All rubbish including toilet tissue, food waste etc. must be disposed of in plastic bags and put in the large green bin on the left at the end of the lane just before the main road. Our guests have got access to all house areas with the exception of the vegetable garden next to the house separated by a wooden fence. A gardener comes every day to water the plants and tend to the owners private vegetable plot. Seasonal produce from the garden will be offered to guests free of charge .
