THE BUMBARO'S HOUSE

Beautifully located, the house is probably one of the most charming properties of this particular region. Built on XVIII century, it is a perfect place to enjoy your holidays with family and friends. It is rented for exclusive use only. The space Time and space slow down inside La Casona del Búmbaro so that everyone can enjoy their surrounding as desired. There are reading, gaming and even DYS areas, but the key element to this placid environment is a wise combination of country living and amenities. The house was originally built in the late 1700s as a farm house divided in two areas: family dwelling and farming facilities (stable and barn.) Today, both spaces have been attached to the main building by means of a large, sunken living room where a grand piano becomes the main attraction. It was in this living room and with this same piano, that composer of chamber music and former owner Miguel Ángel Samperio created a good number of his works. It is an open, cozy space where all visitors feel at home. The house has three floors, each one with a square footage a little over 2,300 sf. It was remodeled in the early 80's, and later, in 2001 and 2008, the current owners implemented another two redesigns. At present, the house includes seven bedrooms (one of them is a service one attached to the kitchen), five bathrooms (one of them in the garage area with washing and drying machines), four large common areas, a porch, a garage, barbecue, ping-pong table and a 7-acre garden.
