This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure. The space This accommodation is intended exclusively for all couples who want to find themselves in peace, in a privileged green setting, far from the hustle and bustle of the city while remaining near the Malouine coast (20 minutes by car) and 5 minutes from the center of the medieval city of Dinan and its port. The outbuilding dates from 1793 and has been renovated in a modern and elegant style that respects the soul of this centuries-old residence. A wood stove is installed in the hearth of the fireplace for winter evenings. Private parking with independent access and a private courtyard with terrace are included in the service. The concept can be summed up in three words: comfort, calm, independence Guest access Access is private and travelers can park their vehicle in a car park behind the house. Access to the house can be done either by the front door or by the terrace, independently and without having to cross common areas. Other things to note I leave coffee (ground, in pastilles), tea, infusions, chocolate powder, as well as jars with pasta, rice and condiments at my guests' disposal when they arrive. It happened to me that during a stay I was asked to buy more coffee because there was none left... I would therefore like to point out that these welcome products do not oblige me to do my travelers' shopping 😆 In winter I leave enough firewood to fuel the stove depending on the length of the stay. I consider this included in the service. However, if you need more wood, I will provide more firewood for an additional €15 per wheelbarrow 🙂🔥
