Villa Akasa is a serene 5-room homestay on Varkala’s quiet South Cliff, a short walk to a peaceful beach away from the busy North Cliff. Guests are allocated one or more of our rooms — Vayu, Amrith, Soma, Prithvi, or Jal — based on group size. Surrounded by greenery, it’s a relaxed, homely space to slow down and enjoy the coastal charm. Our warm team — with our gentle dogs Yakko and Sophie — loves welcoming guests and sharing the simple, soulful beauty of life in God’s Own Country. It can have a third person with an extra bed, with extra charge of 1500/person. Groups over 3 people, will be accommodated in 2 or more rooms, based on 2 + 1 in one room. Guest access The rooms they are using and garden area. During your stay I live on the property and guests are welcome to approach me for any help or recommendations they need. I love Varkala and am happy to share my insights about the place and about India as well. Other things to note We share our home with two friendly dogs, Yakko and Sophie, who roam freely around the property. If you’re not comfortable around dogs, please let us know in advance so we can manage their space during your stay.
