The small tropical park La Perla di Sicilia consists of a total of 8 beautiful bungalows and is located directly on a family-friendly flat sandy beach. The bungalow (about 60 sqm) is suitable for holidays and conveniently furnished. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 living-dining area with kitchen (1 extra bed), shower + toilet, air conditioning (€5/day), Wi-Fi, TV, terrace. In the park is a beautiful children's playground. Private parking is outside the resort. The space La Perla di Sicilia free-standing bungalows are set amidst a tropical garden, right on the dune sandy beach and in the center of Marina di Modica. Other things to note So that you can enjoy a carefree holiday, we offer you additional services. For the laundry service and the baby equipment, we ask for prior registration. Laundry service: €1/day & guest We are happy to provide you with bed linen, towels and dish towels for a fee. For a stay of more than one week we can change the bed linen, dishes and towels weekly you can change twice a week. Per guest per day we charge €1 for the laundry service. Baby equipment: free If you are traveling with a baby or toddler, we provide you with a baby cot, baby high chair and children's beach toys on request. Air conditioning: free from May to September Since the need for cold and heat is different for every person and we want to offer our guests the lowest possible basic prices, we charge the use of the air conditioning for cooling or heating when used in summer per day and in winter according to electricity consumption.
