PLEASE 🙏 READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE MESSAGING! The room is small, charming, and cheerfully renovated. It offrs a cozy space undr the roof for max 2people. There's a large garden, and the neighbourhood offers plenty of culture, nature, and great leisure activities. Brkfst is available on request (when I’m at home) for €7/person. Kitchen is mainly for my use, but you’re welcome to make yrslf tea or coffee, or prepare a simple snack. There’s also a bit of space in the fridge for your own food. The space We share the bathroom (so please keep it short 😜), and in general, you’ll be right in the middle of our everyday life. Your room is cheerful and colorful, small but cozy, about 8.5 m², and located upstairs. There’s a comfortable pull-out bed (1.60 x 2.10 m) that can be pushed together as a sofa during the day. If you’re alone, you can also sleep comfortably on about 90 x 2.10 m. Summer: You’re welcome to relax in the garden — there are plenty of cozy corners, seating spots, and even a porch swing. On really hot days, you can cool off under the garden hose shower in the plum tree. 🚿 🌳 If you want to go swimming, the lake is just 10 minutes away by bike or 5 minutes by car. Autumn/Winter: From here you can start lovely walks or bike rides through the neighborhood, along the greenbelt, or around Lake Markkleeberg. When there’s snow, you can even go cross-country skiing right from the house, around the lake or through the nature around. Bike rental: €7 per day Guest access Kitchen to sit and eat or talk (without cooking), bathroom (please no extended showering or doing laundry because we are all users of this ONE bathroom), garden During your stay Usually, I’m at home and happy to help with any questions. Every now and then I’m away, in which case we’d need to talk on the phone — we’ll sort that out depending on the situation. You’re welcome to use the washing machine and dryer for €2.50 each (only when there’s a full load — I won’t run a cycle for just three T-shirts!).
