Self contained apartment, close to town and forest

Welcome to Lily and Greg's place. We have a self contained, upstairs apartment in a quiet location, just off the main street at the Southern entry to Rotorua. Enjoy the warm Lockwood style accommodation which has a queen size bed in the main living area and a bedroom with bunks. The open plan offers kitchen with a cook top, microwave and portable oven. A washing machine is available for guests. City centre is 2km and forest mountain bike tracks within 1km. We have a lock-up for your bikes. The space Warm distinctly New Zealand wood design. Friendly and functional. Will sleep two in the double bed and two kids in the bunks....or two adults who don't mind bunks. Guest access Private access up external stairs or internal access using spiral stairway. We have a private backyard with barbeque and outside table and chairs for guests to use. Stairwell area may not be suitable for toddlers. Other things to note We are within walking distance to Whakarewarewa Arts and Crafts centre, thermal reserve and the Redwoods. The world famous forest mountain bike tracks are just a short ride away. 2 km to the city centre and 'Eat Streat'. Less than 1km to a couple of top local restaurants. There's also a pub 200m away.
