Guests can enjoy the mini pool spa (jacuzzi) in the villa's garden, as well as a private hammam, a special wellness luxury for our guests. All villas of Kalamata Mediterranean Villas have Modern Central Heating and Cooling Systems using Heat Pumps and Fan Coils. The temperature inside the villas is preset to 22°C throughout the winter and 26°C throughout the summer, in order to achieve ideal thermal comfort for our guests throughout the year. Country Home is grandma's house, who kept the many bedrooms to accommodate her children and grandchildren when they visit her from all over the world, as they grew up and followed their own paths in life. Country Home consists of two floors, the ground floor (Linas Home) & the first floor (Tinas Home), with two independent entrances. The ground floor of the villa has four bedrooms, two master bedrooms with a large king size bed and private bathroom each, a bedroom with a large king size bed and a bedroom with two semi-double beds. The extra bathroom of the villa has a hammam, a special luxury of wellness, hygiene and relaxation for our guests. The kitchen, dining room and living room of the villa are a single space. The living room has two large sofa beds, a smart flat screen TV with Netflix access and a large dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern top quality appliances, dishwasher, fridge, oven and coffee maker. The ground floor has direct access to the Mediterranean long garden, where we find the mini pool spa (jacuzzi) surrounded by an array of Eugenia Etna plants, a lemon tree, pots and flower beds with all the aromatic plants of Taygetos. There is also a solid wooden table with armchairs where guests can relax and enjoy their morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and meals. The first floor of the villa has three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a large king size bed and private bathroom, a bedroom with a large king size bed and a bedroom with a semi-double bed. Between the bedrooms there is an extra bathroom with a spacious shower. The large comfortable living room, under the sloping roof, is the perfect setting for unforgettable evenings with family or friends. It features a corner sofa bed, a two-seater sofa and a smart flat-screen TV with Netflix access. In the same area, we find the large fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room for 8 people. All bedrooms have modern desks with chairs and free Wi-Fi Internet access with very high speeds of up to 100mbps. Heating, cooling and hot water are provided 100% from renewable energy sources. All beds in the villa have very comfortable American Simmons & Sealy mattresses for a unique sleeping experience. Between the center and the beach of Kalamata, Country Home is a vintage accommodation from the time when Kalamata was full of orange and lemon trees, rural neighborhoods and family homes. Scattered all over the city, among the densely built apartment buildings, traditional houses are still preserved with their gardens that listen to the past, a time when the house extended beyond the front door, to the neighboring streets. Guest access The guest has access to the entire house, the ground floor, the first floor and the garden. Other things to note There is an extra charge of €30 for arrivals after 9:00 p.m. There is an extra charge of €50 for arrivals after 00:00. The charging policy for infants is the same as the charging policy for children, i.e. the charge is €25/infant/day of stay. Pets are allowed only by arrangement, at an extra cost of €30 per stay. Children up to 2 years old stay for €30 per person per night when using an available baby cot. People of all ages stay for €30 per person per night when using an extra bed available.
