Self contained apartment in a beautiful villa in the southern Alpes. Situated within walking distance of the RN94 and the famous CHANTERENNE beach. We are ideally situated next to the Serre Ponçon lake with its numerous summer water sports centres and beaches and the Parc National des Ecrins with activities for both beginner and advanced mountaineers! Between us we speak English, French and Italian and are an easy going family. We look forward to welcoming you. The space The apartment is the downstairs space in the villa and comprises a double bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, bathroom and a room which includes a kitchen, dining area and living space with a sofa bed (130cm). We have 4 children so this is an ideal stop for families as we are not afraid of noise! We also supply bedding and towels for use during your stay with us. We are also very open and ready to help with any information you might need. Guest access There is an independent access and plenty of parking space. Other things to note In addition to the small private garden with this apartment we have a large garden (some of which is a bit wild) and an outside terrace area with a pizza oven and bbq which you are welcome to explore and use. As we have 4 children there are swings, a trampoline and a tree house in the garden which, under your supervision, your children are free to use as well. There is also an outdoor swimming pool which is new to 2022. The pool is covered and protected but it is accessible to our guests in the summer months. However, we do ask that those who wish to use the pool to sign a waiver and release of reliability form. Please note we do not charge a cleaning fee to keep the location as affordable as possible. Therefore, we ask that guests leave the apartment clean and in order. If you do not wish to clean the apartment at the end of your stay then a €50 supplement will be required.
