The space The room is equipped with everything you need: TV with satellite channels; air conditioning in each room; kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric kettle and set of dishes); bathtub; safe; terrace. Guest access A swimming pool, free sun loungers, children's playroom, barbecue, coffee, drinks, draft beer, the sea is 10 meters from the villa. Other things to note 1. The apartments are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There is no elevator. 6. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette: microwave, electric kettle, flat plates, deep plates, tea mugs, cutlery (forks, spoons, knives, teaspoons), cutting board, table knife. There is no hob and sink. 7. On the ground floor of the house there is a playroom for children (drawing area, board games, maze area, etc.) 8. Guests can use the pool (1.2 m deep) and sunbathe on the sun loungers for free. 9. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners in every room. 10. On the territory of the house there are very affectionate, well-behaved pets – 2 cats, vaccinated against all diseases, monthly undergo all the necessary procedures against all parasites, never leave the territory, very fond of people. Please do not feed them, they eat special food. 11. A large supermarket (VOLI) is 300 meters from the apartment. A market with fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as homemade cheese, is 200 meters away. 12. Street parking for cars is located on the territory of the house. Booking in advance is required. 13. Hot water is supplied by a boiler, it must always be turned on (its button is located next to the light switch in the bathroom). 14.
