Spa Cottage in Weymouth, Dorset

Spa Cottage is a small, beautifully furnished 2 bedroom old Victorian terraced house in a cul-de-sac residential street, few minutes from the beach and about 10 minute walk from the centre of Weymouth/Harbour. The train station is 4 min away which offers car parking for a fee. The house offers cosy relaxing seaside getaway with a complimentary use of our brand new Hydropool Serenity Hot Tub 2023 (not charged separately). Please note that the house is split over 2 floors. The space The house is a perfect place for families or groups of friends looking for a special seaside getaway with Hotel quality beds and comfort. The house has 2 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed in the lounge. We also have a travel cot/child’s bed available that can be added in the master bedroom. Kitchen appliances include kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and a washer dryer. Also Nespresso coffee machine is available as well as a separate wine fridge and a SMEG fridge (no freezer, apologies). The home is heated by gas central heating and is managed through NEST system which ensures the house stays cosy and warm throughout your stay. We also have Samsung 40" HD and SKY TV, Alexa and we offer free wifi. Train station car park offers affordable overnight and weekend rates. Please ask for details. The generous 6 person Hydropool HOT TUB in a small private courtyard garden offers true relaxation with massage jets and water fountains. Nothing better than to relax and soak off the aches and pains at the end of the day. The bathroom is spacious offering both shower cubicle and a separate bath. We also provide hand-wash, body wash, shampoo & conditioner and towels. We have spa robes available as well as slippers or flip flops . Please note the house has one set of stairs and there are no stair gates at the property. Travel cot is available on requests and a high chair can be provided. Also there is a single sofa-bed in the master bedroom which can be used for a child if needed. Please be aware that we ask you not to have parties in this house and to respect the neighbours throughout your stay. We also ask you to sign a hot tub disclaimer before your stay should you wish to use the spa pool. Guest access There are no shared areas and you would be letting out the entire house. Other things to note There is a minimum of 3 nights policy on booking this home however most of the school-holidays minimum stay is 6 nights. Please see the availability calendar for specific dates. Also we will welcome shorter booking proposals should there be any availability left during school holidays. For the use of Hot Tub we will require the lead guest to sign a disclaimer. This will be emailed to you about a week prior your arrival. The check-in is after 3pm and check-out at 11am. Unfortunately no pets are allowed to this home due to our family allergies. Apologies. Please note that we have a security camera installed pointing at the back door outside. There is a near by car park by the train station that you can arrange your parking with if you arrive by car.
