The space The train carriage is located in park-land surrounded by established trees, green lawns, the decking overlooks a water garden and the surrounding outlook is rural. The train carriage is open plan and entry is from the covered decking. The carriage is sited running from east to west. The western end of the carriage has a kitchen with bar table and bar chairs, the kitchen leads into the dining area with a full size dining table, selection of reading materials, then the living area with the billiard table, a leather two-seater lounge, entertainment unit with TV, board games. A door leads to the full size bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity and the bedroom is on the eastern end of the carriage. Guest access The carriage is 19 metres in length and is fully self-contained. No part of the carriage or its surrounds are shared. Other things to note From Burley Griffin Way, access to our property is by gravel road. A generous continental breakfast hamper is included in the tariff for each morning of your stay. We operate a working mixed farming property running sheep and we grow cereal and canola crops. We also stand a stallion at stud breeding horses for showjumping and dressage. Our two clydesdale mares are broken in to harness. We have two working sheepdogs. Telstra mobile phone coverage. There is no Wi Fi. Registration Details Exempt
