This flows seamlessly into a well-designed, fully equipped kitchen, offering everything you need for cooking and dining during your stay. The kitchen’s French doors open onto a large, peaceful garden with an outdoor seating area - an ideal space to enjoy warm summer days. Whether you're sharing a meal, enjoying a drink, or watching your children play, the garden provides a safe and tranquil setting. Upstairs, the spacious and well-presented master bedroom overlooks the quiet road and features a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables, and generous wardrobe space. The second double bedroom enjoys views of the garden and also includes a double bed and a triple wardrobe. The third bedroom, overlooking the rear garden, offers a single bed and a double wardrobe — perfect for a child, solo guest, or additional family member. All bedrooms are fitted with newly installed wall-mounted Smart TVs for added comfort and convenience. We use professionally laundered, high-quality bedding to ensure a crisp finish and a restful night’s sleep. The property is meticulously cleaned before every stay, and we kindly ask guests to respect the high standards of presentation. Outside, the private driveway accommodates up to two cars, with additional parking available at the front of the house. The property benefits from excellent transport links. The M53 motorway is just two minutes away, providing quick connections across the North-West of England and into Wales. Chester Railway Station is approximately 15 minutes away, and a nearby bus stop offers easy access to the city centre if you prefer not to drive — ideal for visiting Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet (McArthur Glen) or enjoying the popular Story-house theatre and cinema complex. ** Mid-term cleaning is available upon request at the guest’s expense. ** Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small charge of £10 per night. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. The only areas not accessible are the loft and the airing cupboard, which are reserved for storage and housekeeping purposes. Other things to note Additional Services & Neighbourhood: Mid-term cleaning is available during longer stays and can be arranged directly with the owner at an additional cost. We are fortunate to have friendly, quiet, and considerate neighbours, and we kindly ask guests to help maintain the peaceful and pleasant atmosphere of the neighbourhood. My immediate neighbour, Diane at Unit No. 08, is often around and may be able to assist if you need any urgent help.
