Cosy, quiet bedroom in a 17th Century home. Right in the centre of Llangollen. This Georgian home is spread over three floors. All bedrooms are on the third floor (31 steps), and the shared bathroom is on the second floor (15 steps). The river, railway station and all the local shops and restaurants are all with a two minute walking distance. Don't be shy to ask for great hikes, or eating out tips! Looking forward to making you feel welcome! The space We have three guestrooms. There is a large double room which has breathtaking views of the Panorama cliff tops and Dinas Bran Castle. We also have two single rooms idea for the solo traveler. Please let me know which room you would like within your booking. Super fast speed Internet and Wi-Fi throughout the property. Guest access A key will be provided for the front door upon arrival. Your room has an internal lock only and does not have its own key. We do not provide external keys for individual rooms within the house. Other things to note Please give as much notice as possible of your estimated arrival time in Llangollen town. Simply turning up and assuming the host is home may mean you are stood waiting (which is no fun)! The house entrance, doorway and reception area is secured with safety surveillance for your comfort and convenience. This is a shared property. Please note that your booking is purely for a private bedroom within it. It is possible you will be the only guest, but if other bedrooms and people within the house are an issue for you, then this is not the property for you. If you would like to access spaces such as the second floor living room or back garden, please send me a message on airbnb beforehand so I can approve it. We do not have private parking. Whilst I can advise on parking, it is your responsibility to allocate parking for yourself. Your bedroom door has an internal lock only. You have a key for the house front door. Not for individual rooms. You are welcome to use the beverages tea/coffee counter. There is no cooking or kitchen use allowed. The general kitchen is not a space for guests. If you require something specific, please message me beforhand on Airbnb messages. Guests are welcome to have a shower. Baths are not allowed. Draws, hangers and cupboard space in your bedroom has been allocated to you. Note that some bedding, winter clothing, and pillows are stored in wardrobe within your room all year round. If you require extra space and would like them to be removed, please prior message me on Airbnb messages. During the spring and summer months, central heating does not get switched on. In Autumn and winter, it goes on automatically at 7.30pm. In extreme weather, please message me on airbnb if you require a fan. If you haven’t notified me of your arrival time, please do not presume me to be home. I ask you to message me no later than an hour prior, so I can arrange to welcome you.
