Three-story building. The ground floor with 20-foot ceilings has two units, each with their lofts. Reserve each unit separately. Walls of tinted glass. Single 42K BTU air conditioner. Entry lobby with built-in seating with comfortable cushions to accommodate 6 people or sleep two. Induction glass cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. Vented hood and sink. Granite countertop dining. Fully equipped kitchen. Enough storage space. Filtered, decalcified, purified, acclaimed local drinking water. Wood-paneled bedroom/living area with King bed/linen, overhead recessed lights, ceiling fan, work desk, library, built-in almirahs, vanity, TV with Bluetooth music system with deep bass sub-woofer. An open, wide-access, fully-tiled bathroom with rain shower and toilet with grab bars and multiple shelves. Geyser for hot water. Extractor vent. Double sink vanity with mirror. Towel holders and shelves. Cantilevered floating staircase with railings gives access to a loft with a queen and a single bed. Two Almirahs for storage. Fabulous views. Guest access The "space" described is your private space, not shared. The shared space includes an access road and enclosed parking area within natural stone walls and a roller gate. Focal point in this area is a "Thinnai"; Palmyra leaf-covered hut with seating that can accommodate 10 - 15 people. Elevator or stairs gives access to a 3000 sq foot glass-enclosed, air-conditioned gathering space with spectacular views, a central wrought iron chandelier, Bluetooth sound system, and a full kitchen, used for meetings, entertainment and dining. Other things to note Electricity is very expensive. The AC units will not work during peak times 6-10 pm. You are urged to cool the units before that time.
