The property is surrounded by the scents and colours of 3 hectares of orange trees, creating a splendid natural backdrop to Mount Etna and the sea. You can go swimming or skiing, while admiring the sea or explore the roads going through Etna's vineyards. The space The accommodation in the property is spread over 3 buildings with different sizes. The estate is the perfect place to combine beach-life with the tranquility of a countryside base. Cedro Villa has 10 sleeps – On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room, the kitchen, a bathroom and a single bedroom. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one single, all sharing two bathrooms. Mandarino Villa has 4 sleeps – Set on one floor with a living/dining room, a kitchen, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and a bathroom. Pompelmo Villa has 4 more sleeps - On the ground floor there is a dining/living area, the kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are: one mezzanine bedroom (open) with a king size bed, a second bathroom and another bedroom with twin bed. Each house has his own barbeque and terrace. Between the houses there's a patio with a large dining table for 18 people, with view over the orange grove, the sea ad the swimming pool. The large and subtly designed pool fits well with the lawned terracing and the buildings. There are plenty of shaded areas for outdoor dining and relaxing whilst enjoying the views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. Weekly cleaning and linen change is included. Daily maid service and cook available on request. Outside the houses there’s the laundry for washing and ironing. In addition, for those traveling with young children (under two years) a baby bed and high chair are available at no additional cost. Guests are encouraged to make use of herbs, fruits and vegetables from the estate’s organic kitchen garden. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the garden and the swimming pool. Other things to note Our country houses have been restored and furnished with care and hope you will stay and maintain them as guests in the home of friends. You are not renting from a commercial agency but from owners who love this house, these grounds, and this part of Italy. Our family has lived in this part of Sicily for many generations loving this land and we hope you too will appreciate all it has to offer. We hope you will enjoy the house as much as we do and treat the house, grounds, and pool with respect. As the properties are part of a licensed farmhouses rental we have a limit of guests (16) imposed by the authorization documents, and this includes the number of children in extra beds. It is not admitted having guests sleeping on sofas or on inflatable mattresses. At the same time roulettes or RV are not admitted in the property. We have to be very strict on this subject and if at any time the number of guests occupying the house exceeds the number agreed, we reserve the right to terminate the stay at the property and ask the guests to vacate the house. The rental will not be refunded. Your dog is welcome in our homes, although we ask to inform us in advance if you wish to have your dog with you, as not all units are suitable.
