Its complete with everything you might need making it "Your sweet home away from home". =) ❤ The space ***POOL/NETFLIX/COOKING/WIFI/GAMES*** PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the whole condo building as per condo policy. What’s inside Romantic Place? - Queen sized bed, extra mattress, sofa, linens, comforter, blankets, pillows, and throw pillows (enough for 3 people) - Wall mounted table and two (2) high chairs - Air conditioning unit - LED television - Cable channels - Fast and unlimited WIFI connection - Jenga blocks (games) - Uno cards (games) - Refrigerator - Induction cooker - Rice cooker - Rangehood - Microwave - Electric Kettle - Complete kitchen wares/utensils and dining utensils - Dishwashing paste and foam - Shower heater - Bidet - Dipper - Tissue and towel - Lots of cabinets for storage - Hangers Guest access IDs -All guests are required to send IDs once booking is confirmed. This is required by the condo admin office for them to issue a GUEST FORM which will be your pass to enter the condo lobby. SWIMMING POOL -Swimming Pool is Open for Guests -2 adult pools and 2 children pools on the Second (2nd) floor - ₱150/person per day fee, paid directly to admin cashier. (₱300 for holidays) -Admin cashier is open from 9:00am-6:00pm on Monday-Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm on Saturday, close on Sundays and Holidays -Located in P1/L1 level in the condo elevator. - Proper swimming attire is required. - Swimming pool is open everyday from 6:00am to 10:00pm (adults), 6:00am to 6:00pm (kids) - If the admin cashier is CLOSE from the time you booked with us until your desired swimming day, we won't be able to get a pool pass. PLAYGROUND -free access LOBBY -fully air-conditioned hotel like with free WIFI access MPLACE MALL (by SM) -below the condominium with BDO (bank), Savemore (supermarket), Watsons (pharmacy), Formosa (bakeshop), LBC (courier), Ace (hardware), ATM machines, laundry shop, water refilling station, restaurants, snack stalls, and many more other shops. PAY PARKING -P60 for the first two hours, P30 per succeeding hour OVERNIGHT PARKING -P300 (1:30am to 6:00am) on top of the hourly rate WIFI/ INTERNET - Sky Fiber Unlimited Broadband Up to 50 mbps Other things to note Booking Cancellations are Non-refundable.
