CCTV cameras on the floor. A crowded and illuminated street with a 24-hour flow of people from the metro to the depths of the neighborhood. Fire extinguisher and smoke detectors in the apartment. Although you won't need them, but you'll feel calmer with them. 💙 We are clean. General cleaning after each guest, with modern and safe disinfectants. Bed linen and towels are washed at 90 degrees, dried in a drying machine and steamed with a steam generator. Particular attention is paid to the bathroom and disinfection of plumbing. 💙 We have a parking lot. Free, near the entrance. Even if you don't get a place, we will always solve the issue by hiding your car in the underground parking lot of the neighboring house. 💙 You can get a good night's sleep here. On a large bed, orthopedic mattress, in a pile of pillows and blankets and on fresh linen. Even the sun will not disturb your sleep, it will be prevented by the BLACKOUT curtains.   💙 You don't have to cook if you don't want to. You can have a delicious breakfast at the Bulki bakery on the 1st floor: drink unrealistically tasty coffee☕️ and enjoy crazy orange muffins with chocolate🤗😋 And for dinner – a warm salad with seafood at the Ivan Rakovar restaurant, next door to the entrance. 💙  We are comfortable to work with. The apartment has a desk with a comfortable chair and fast WI-FI 💙 We have a comfortable climate all year round thanks to the air conditioner that cools and warms the room. 💙 We are comfortable with children.  Your kid will definitely not get bored, visiting local playgrounds with interesting game forms. There is a large park nearby with a playground and a lake where you can feed the ducks.  A potty is available upon request. 💙 We really have everything you need for a comfortable stay and even more.
