A guest room in a new architect-designed house on a large plot of 2000 m2, with access to the gym with sauna and spa option €20 for 2 people. Possibility to rent a second bedroom next door, for 1 guest €60, 2nd guest €70. The rental of this 2nd bedroom will be mandatory for the same family or friends. Payment for this second room will be made through the Airbnb Resolution Center. The space Upon arrival through the front door, you will be given a set of keys and the gate remote for direct access to your room, and you will be completely autonomous for your entrances or exits during the duration of your stay The bedroom has direct access through the bay window (bedroom, toilet and bathroom) No possibility of using the second pink room, for the reservation of the first blue room for the second person. Optional Jacuzzi, €20 per session for 2 people (Bathrobe provided for the Jacuzzi option). A private parking space to park. Linens and towels provided. Guest access private parking space During your stay We remain available for the duration of your stay, check-ins are from 5 p.m. and check-outs are at 11 a.m. maximum. Breakfast is served between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., bread, 1 pastry of your choice per person, homemade jams, coffee, tea, milk chocolate. Other things to note As stated in the descriptions for the second bedroom rental, payment for the 3rd person or 4th person will be made through the Airbnb Resolution Center link.
