If you are looking for a charming villa in the countryside, near some of the best beaches in Mallorca, a beautiful place in the pure nature of the countryside to share, relax and rest, this finca is perfect for you. An idyllic villa for families, groups of friends and cyclists. The space The villa is located south of the town of Campos, very close to the Es Trenc natural park and its wonderful beach. It has a large plot, outdoor areas and private trees. The house has a great privacy, there are no direct neighbors, so the feeling of peace and tranquility is excellent. The house is surrounded by meadows and countryside and access to it is simple and asphalted. It has a large porch with outside dining, sofas and barbecue area. A large patio and a really big pool of 12 x 6'5m. The pool is not heated. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a second living room and dinig room with fireplace, a full kitchen, a large living room with dining room and second kitchen, two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. On the first floor you will find bedrooms and a third bathroom. All rooms have windows to the south. A cozy villa that has multiple spaces to enjoy at any time. For our smallest guests, the house provides 2 cribs and 2 highchairs. The villa is equipped with WIFI in the main building. The house is at the end of a road, so it is very quiet. IMPORTANT: There are only 2 air conditioners in the entire house. One in the corridor on the upper floor that gives access to three bedrooms. The second in the large dining room on the ground floor that gives access to the other two bedrooms. These devices allow the bedrooms to be cooled if the bedroom doors are left open. Air conditioners are not inside the bedrooms. IMPROVEMENTS MADE THIS WINTER FOR THE 2025 SEASON: 1) 100% replacement of mattresses and most box springs 2) Replacement of main entrance door where water was coming in during heavy windstorms as well as window in second kitchen. 3) Additional roof sealing. 4) Complete overhaul of plumbing in first floor bathrooms. Guest access The house and its facilities are totally private. Guests will have access to all the house and open spaces during the stay. Other things to note Bed linen and towels (for the bathroom, not for the beach) are included with the reservation. Check-in from 15:00. Check-out until 10:00. Pets are not accepted. The house has 2 cots and 2 high chairs on request. If you want to have them, please notify us in advance. The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning consumption (hot and cold) is not included in the price. The appliances have a separate meter, the consumption will be charged at the end of the stay at a price of 0,19 €/kW.
