The "Olivo" apartment was built according to typical Tuscan standards (ceilings covered with beams, joists and half-beams) and an exposed interior wall. By car, the sea can be reached in 20 minutes, the lake and the town of Massa Marittima in 10 minutes... The space The "Olivo" apartment is located next to the main house and is one of the five apartments on the farm (on Airbnb you will also find the "Sughera", "Girasole", "Papavero" and "Cipresso" apartments). In front of the entrance there is a terrace with an enchanting view of Tuscan nature. A table, chairs, an umbrella and two deckchairs are in place. On the ground floor there is a living room with a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffee machine, all the dishes for basic food preparation...) as well as a flat-screen TV. A beautiful stone wall and joints are in this room... A staircase covered with golden marble leads to the first floor. Here you will find the bedroom complete with a comfortable and romantic double canopy bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, an accessible walk-in closet and the bathroom. There are four beds in this apartment in total (five upon explicit request, with children of non-adult age). Two are in the bedroom, two on a comfortable sofa bed, which is located in the living room on the ground floor (the sofa bed is new and does not match the one in the photographs). The apartment is equipped with openable mosquito nets, shutters, a washing machine, sheets and towels... Guest access The entire hill on which the "Palazzina" farm is located is our property. You can take advantage of your exclusive terrace in front of your apartment and large spaces immersed in the typical nature of Tuscany with a view of a beautiful valley... Other things to note The "Olivo" apartment is made available at check-in with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The sheets are changed after 6 days free of charge. On request, you can take advantage of a relaxing or decontracting massage lasting 60 minutes in your apartment. The service is carried out by a professional massage therapist and costs €60.
