In the heart of the Eurregion-Studio 1

Just across the border with Belgium, in the heart of the Eurregion, this holiday home is approximately 5 kilometers away from the center of Maastricht. This unique place with a special flora and fauna is an ideal base for nature lovers. The space Compact living space with private facilities(kitchen, bathroom with shower)and it's own entrance. The Studio is located in a quiet and green area in front of the "Pietersberg". There is a double bed and 4 persons can take place at the dining table. Guest access It's possible to use the small garden terrace next to the house. And it's also possible to park the car in front of the door. Other things to note The Studio is located on the ground floor with only a small step at the entrance about 20 cm. Inside the Studio it's spacious and there is radio, tv and a dvd/videoplayer. To heat the Studio you can use the woodstove(there is always wood present)and/or the kerosene heater(with CO2 detection!)
