Rustic OLD MILL Stonehouse with private pool

Our unique 300 years old, Stone House-Mill can accommodate up to 4 persons. If you want to experience traditional and authentic way of living in old Montenegro, our house from 18th century and originally renovated with exclusive use of swimming pool in the garden is perfect choice for your holiday. The space This is one of oldest houses in part of Montenegro which was occupied over 400 years by Ottoman Empire and it represents authentic mixture of this two architect cultures. House was lately renovated with a lot of patience and love. We have succeed to preserve original style not affecting modern comfort requirements, using only natural materials. With lot of authentic furniture, dishes, old weapons (Gun and Turkish sword, knives), money etc. it is one kind of museum itself. House have walls 1 meter thick with loopholes, like small fort, it is a one of rare places where you almost don't need air-condition even in middle of summer. There is one bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and beautiful balcony with view on city and sea. There are two more terraces outside. House is located on cascade level ground and water from natural spring behind house is guided on top of the house where its passing thru stone column to the basement level to power the mill. Mill is still functional, however we are keeping gear disengaged due to noise that makes while it running. Swimming pool is for your exclusive use and it is located in the Garden. Guest access Renting our house gives you an excellent opportunity to enjoy entire house and 1500 m2 of garden with private swimming pool(depending from weather but generally from May until October) barbecue and Mediterranean fruits and vegetables all at your disposal. Garden is separated from the house by 2 meter wide village road. Other things to note Please note the distances from house to the most of points of interest. If you are renting our House you will need car or taxi. Swimming pool is in use from May until October. Mainly depending on the weather. Small road that continue below the house to the main road is the shortest distance and might be shown as route on GPS, however it is very narrow and it is not for the Cars.
