A large house (90 meters square), comfortable and really quiet and peaceful. You are 3.5 km away from the ski slopes and 30 seconds from hiking paths. The space This mountain house is 300 years old and has been completely renovated but still retains its charm. It is extremely quiet in the forest at 1350m high and is part of a 2 house village. It offers great views on the mountains and valley and is only 3.5 km from the ski resort of Valmeinier (The Domain of Galibier Thabor has 150km of slopes). Access to the cabins for the Val Thorens resort (the highest and largest in Europe) is only 25 minutes by car. In the summer, it is on a hiking trail. The house is surrounded by a 2000m2 garden and has car parking for several cars. In the morning or around 11pm, you will most likely see deers and foxes in the garden. It has 3 large bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 with 4 bunk beds) to sleep up to 8 people very comfortably. In the fully furnished living room, you will be able to relax around the stove. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dish washer, oven, microwave, fondue set, raclette, all equipment...) to do some real cooking. The ancient table will be the place of many nice meals and board games ;-) Guest access You will have full and exclusive access to the house and its private garden.
