Of course, it is also no further than 15 minutes to anywhere you need to go in San Angelo...Easy access to Angelo State University, Old Fort Concho or downtown. The space For those going to Goodfellow AFB, know that the gate hours to the north gate are limited to early morning (0500 - 0900) and at lunch (11:00am-1:00pm) during weekdays. It is also open in afternoons for outbound traffic only from 3:30 - 6:00pm. If you need a visitors pass, you also have to go to the south gate visitors center to get the pass.
