Our apartment Oie is located in a quiet residential area not far from the center of Zinnowitz (about 500 m). In the Magarete vacation home there are 3 more apartments. The beach is about 900 m away as well as the train station of Zinnowitz. A supermarket is 350 m away. A parking space is right at the apartment on a locked property. High chair, baby and children's travel bed can be provided on request. The space The apartment is equipped with a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and 2nd TV and bathroom with shower. The apartment has underfloor heating in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 ceramic stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. From the living room you can reach the small terrace with garden furniture. There are children's dishes, children's books and children's toys. Guest access The apartment is only used by the guests. Other things to note Linens and towels are not included in the price but can be booked for an additional fee. Bed linen costs €20.00 per person and towels (consisting of a hand towel and a bath towel) cost €20.00 per person.
