This 3600 hundred square-foot home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a gated community. All bedrooms are supplied with bed warming mattress pads which are wonderful in the winter on very cold nights. The gourmet kitchen is completely stocked with all amenities and opens into the Great Room with a sit down bar. Within the gates you can golf, horse back ride, swim, paddle boat or fish. The marina has a very large sandy beach with volleyball, boating and snack shack. The town of Groveland provides all the necessary amenities - grocery store, restaurants, and shops. This house is a great base doe many day trips as: Yosemite, Lake Don Pedro, Columbia State Park, Tuolumne Meadows and Gold Country mining towns such as James Town and Sonora, where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Yosemite and HetchHetchy have many hiking and biking trails. In the winter skiing is available at either Dodge Ridge (about 1 hour drive), Bear Valley ( around a 2 hour drive) or Badger Pass ski located in Yosemite Park (around 2 hours) The outdoor ice skating rink in Yosemite is great fun as well.
