Charming house with pool, Luberon Park

Authentic Provencal farmhouse in local stone, located 600 meters above sea level, in a rural environment with an exceptional location in the middle of the Luberon Regional Park, a World Heritage Site. Sheltered from the prevailing winds, this 90 m² house called "Le Bastidon" was built with its outbuildings around 1860 and restored while keeping the intimate character of its volumes. A private swimming pool and a fully fenced 4 ha park complete the tranquility of the place. The space Sheltered from the prevailing winds, this small rural farmhouse of 90 m² consists of: - 3 double bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs (with fireplace and four exposures), - the loggia kitchen (fully equipped) overlooking the South terrace under arbor and parasol where we live in good weather, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, ... - bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, washing machine) - 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet complete (on the ground floor) - the indoor living room, (about 40 m²) with loggia, larch staircase leading to the 2 bedrooms, fireplace corners, 2 or 3-seater sofas, television, dining room. Fenced plot of 2 hectares in the middle of a truffle oak plantation. - Private swimming pool of 9 x 4 m surrounded by a wooded garden, flowered, protected from view, fences with secure closures for children, pool lighting, outdoor spots, solarium (with hot shower) sheltered from prevailing winds, garden furniture, hammock, shade sail, parasol, ... Weekly maintenance by professionals (filtration, lawn mowing, cleanliness...). The property is fenced around its perimeter with 2 m high fence, access gate with lock, alarm with siren, discreet but effective guarding. The above prices include supplies: water, electricity, linen (for stays longer than 4 days, rental possible on request), pool maintenance. Pool opening: from late May to mid-October. In addition: security deposit, tourist tax. For full week periods (Check-in Saturday 4pm / Check-out Saturday 10am). Things to know: * Swimming pool: Opening period: from mid-May to 09/30, not heated * Linens: linens are extra for stays of less than 7 nights, €15 per person for the sheets and towels kit. To finalize the rental we ask: - validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of the signatory's ID - provide a "villiégature" or "vacation" type insurance certificate in the name of the signatory. Guest access The entire house and the area dedicated to it. Other things to note Between 07/18 and 08/15 we only rent for whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Dogs are allowed.
