The terrace is equipped with 2 tables - bench - 2 sun loungers without mattress - The sleeping area is outlined by a large balcony that overlooks the living area creating a delightful open space. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed, television, single bed (3rd bed), small wardrobe room, air conditioning - (hot and cold), bathroom with shower, hairdryer - - WIFI connection - kettle - The third bed costs € 25.00 per night and is prepared only when the stay request is for 3 guests, for this reason we recommend communicating, at the time of the request, the exact number of guests arriving, even if they are children , when they need a bed. When the booking is made for 2 guests, who want to sleep separately, they must communicate this at the time of confirmation and pay an extra €20.00 for the sheets of the single bed. Our homes are cleaned and prepared by a vaccinated operator, with a negative swab, who wears a mask and gloves: we have joined the anti-Covid deep cleaning and sanitization program. We managers are vaccinated with the third dose. We do not provide: - beach towels - cots - camping cots - high chairs - microwave - kettle - iron and ironing board - WIFI - air conditioning - the kitchenette is equipped for quick and simple cooking - for summer and short stays - - The use of a washing machine is permitted for stays of at least 3 nights - We welcome children over 7 years old, because Suite Stella does not offer the necessary comforts (cot - high chair - changing table - etc.) and because of the presence of the internal staircase. The sea view terrace of approx. 40, is equipped with table, chairs, sunbeds without mattresses: it is a very precious space to enjoy the coolness of a summer evening. The "Arenella" beach in front of the house is paid (to be booked), NOT managed by us, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, while a few meters from the house there are free beaches, as on Palmaria Island. You can reach the house by car, to unload your luggage and check in, unlike the historic center which is completely pedestrian, all ups, stairs and downs. Parking is all on the street, for a fee and NOT bookable: Gulf area - served by shuttle - cost €10.00 per day - €60.00 per week - €150.00 per month - Zone P3 - cost €20.00 per day - Zone P2 - cost €25.00 - per day - Conad Supermarket - Pharmacy - ATM - Bakery - 5 minute walk from home. Smoking is prohibited in the house. For safety, candles are prohibited. Do not use towels to clean floors - shoes - suitcases - Please throw away your rubbish, respecting the recycling methods, in the appropriate bins 20 metres from the house. Please do not disturb the neighbours. Please respect the agreed check-in and check-out times and communicate and justify any delays in time to avoid creating inconvenience to other check-ins of the day, already scheduled. Please communicate the breakage or non-functioning of any object to allow us to promptly resolve the problem and not leave it to the next guest.
