Sur La Mer - On the Sea

'Sur La Mer'(On the Sea) is located high on a hill overlooking the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach. This is a very spacious house with an enclosed Sunroom upstairs and a large Deck opening out from the Kitchen. There is also a large rumpus room off kitchen. There is a big backyard and plenty of parking for a boat or trailer. The house is only a 4 minute drive from the centre of Lakes Entrance. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Lake Bunga and beach. You will enjoy many things on offer in the area, including: ~ Fishing & Boating ~ Bush Walking, close by and in Lakes National Park ~ Golf (2 courses & Mini Golf) ~ Swimming on the beaches and lakes ~ Canoeing & Kayaking on the lakes ~ Visit the local winery ~ Selection of Day Cruises to choose from ~ Eat in one of the many Cafes and Restaurants ~ Day Trips to Buchan Caves, Orbost/ Marlo, Metung, Paynesville and even the High Country ~ You could even relax back at the house reading a book, listening to music or just enjoying the scenery. 'Sur La Mer' caters for a variety of guests with all its features. This large house features: 5 Bedrooms: Master Bdrm is located upstairs (Sleeps 2). The beautiful Ensuite has a walk in shower and double vanity basins. The bedroom opens out into the Sunroom via a triple stacker sliding door. There are magnificent views from all areas in the Master Bdrm. You will even hear the waves crash at night. Other Bdrms upstairs include: 1 room with a double bed/Single bed bunk(Sleeps 3), 1 room with a King Single bunk and a single /trundle bed(Sleeps 3 and 1 room with 2 single beds(Sleeps 2) . There is also a Queen Bdrm downstairs (Sleeps 2)close to bathroom facilities. There is a bathroom on both levels with a bath in the one upstairs. The Kitchen is equipped with Microwave, large Fridge/Freezer, under bench Oven, 900mm Cooktop, Dishwasher and a variety of cooking and eating utensils. There are 4 reverse cycle Air conditioners throughout the house to keep everyone comfortable. The 2 living areas can separate the kids from the adults ensuring relaxation can be had by all. Both areas have a TV with DVD players. There are full laundry facilities downstairs as well as a clothesline outside. The Rumpus room has a Table Tennis Table and some games. There is a double Garage and plenty of room to park a Boat or Jet Ski as well. PLEASE NOTE: The Master Bed is fully made with top and bottom sheets. All other beds have bottom sheets, Doonas with covers and pillows with cases Tea Towels, Face Washers and 8 Bath Towels will be provided.(Please bring extra bath/beach towels) THERE IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE!! STRICTLY NO PETS!! PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTATED PROPERTY. IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR BUCKS/HENS NIGHTS, PARTIES OR SCHOOLIES. IT IS SITUATED IN A RESIDENTIAL ESTATE, SO PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES GUESTS ARE WELCOME TO ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY FROM 3 PM ONWARDS.
