Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks Other things to note We welcome a well behaved dog, but we do ask that they do not get on the furniture or bedding we do however supply a clean dog blanket for your use. We also ask they they are not left in the accommodation on their own unless they are in a locked cage and not for a long period of time. Sorry but we do not except any other types of animals. There’s a no smoking or vaping policy within the accommodation, but you may smoke on the patio area. We do not have the facilities for charging electric vehicles, but there is a charging station less than five minutes away. Please keep the gate locked at all times. The radiators can get very hot so please be careful plus they MUST NOT TO BE COVERED AT ANYTIME.
