Vacation in Appenzell

This small, cozy apartment is located in an old Appenzell house a little off the beaten track from Herisau. All around meadows, forest, and sky in between a walker, a biker, a tractor, a fox, a deer... what you meet in the countryside. The space If it snows or rains outside, the tiled stove warms you up. If the sun is shining, you will find quiet seats around the house for - doing nothing! The apartment is ideal to retreat for a few days and yet you are close to everything. It has its own entrance, a simple kitchen (2-burner stove, without oven), a room with sitting area, double bed (140 × 190) and sofa (sofa bed 80 × 200), a bathroom and a separate toilet. If you lie in the bathtub, you can see directly into the (starry) sky. Even if you're in the city of St. Gallen (business, trade fair, visit) or are passing through, the apartment is ideal. 10 minutes from the highway or 15 minutes from St. Gallen and you have a little vacation. Guest access Laundry Outdoor seating Fire pit for grilling Other things to note The rooms are low (about 190 cm) and the bed is a little shorter (140 x 190 cm), typical for Appenzell. Without a car, you are already a bit far from the action; the nearest shops or restaurants are about 30 minutes' walk away. In winter, the apartment is heated with a tiled stove. Upon your arrival it is already warm. You can then continue to fire it up yourself (wood is ready). It also has an electric stove. Heating with a tiled stove takes some time and patience. If you're traveling from early morning to evening, it's not so ideal.
