You will have a private entrance and a self-contained space (2-bedrooms + a large bath). It is attached (share walls) but separated and locked off from the main house. There will be no shared living spaces. Private entrance has a keyless lock that allows you to come and go at your convenience. Self check-in and check-out are available. Can sleep up to 5-6 people. To ensure a fantastic rest, the 2-Bedrooms has a clean and comfy 2 single size beds, a futon lounger (turns into a bed), a daybed, and a trundle floor bed and futon sleeper sofa. It is the perfect space for business travelers, friends, or family. The Suite has no kitchen but has everything you need to feel right at home. There are a closets, chairs, desks, and lamps in the rooms. The bath has a full walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. Massage out any back aches!) Private parking for one car on our driveway (right in front of the suite entrance door) is available free of charge. There is access to laundry area, backyard, and patio furniture. The backyard is quite huge for you to relax. Right outside your door is a shaded patio area with outdoor chairs, tables, a microwave, and a mini refrigerator for your use. This patio/backyard area is shared (mainly with the dog).  Right now, the backyard is getting ready to be remodeled, so it may be a little messy but still a nice place to enjoy. Our home is located in central Silicon Valley. It is very convenient to most of the famous companies, such as Apple, Go0gle, Fackbook, Cisco, Tesla, and Stanford University. Guest access You will have your own entrance into your private space and may go in and out as you please, as this space is entirely yours. ★ Newly Remodeled Private Two Bedroom and Bath with Private Entrance ★ Super big, quiet, and relaxing backyard with patio furniture. ★ Outside laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided. It's open to use from 11:00AM to 8:00PM and for guests that stay 7 nights/more. For guests staying less than 7 nights, It's $8 per load, including washing and drying. ★ Plenty of Street Parking ★ Two large driveway parking ★ High-speed Wi-Fi ★ Please note that we provide a refrigerator, microwave, and eating utensils (not full kitchen). LATE CHECKOUT FEE: $50 per hour, or part thereof, of lateness after the 11am check out time. Other things to note 1) The room includes AC and a fan. A heater is available during winter upon request. 2) We provide some basic eating utensils; however, this is not a full kitchen setup. 3) We have a senior dog on the property who is blind and deaf. Occasionally, you may hear her bark or whine when she needs our attention. It doesn’t happen often, but it may occur from time to time. We’ve also adopted a few stray cats who live on the property and may be seen wandering around. One of them, Sam (gray and white), is very friendly and may come by to greet you. 4) For the safety of both guests and hosts, security cameras are installed around the exterior of the property.
