Guests have access to the entire grounds, pond, living room, enclosed patio, dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room (with washing machine), downstairs bathroom, upstairs master bath, upstairs master bedroom and two upstairs guest rooms. Our guest relations manager Tsering tsomo will introduce you to the house and answer any questions you may have. Sedi Bagar is a considered the most desirable location in Pokhara. Only a short walk or drive to downtown Pokhara, and yet completely idyllic and surrounded by nature with stunning views to Sarangkot Ridge and Phewa Tal lake. We offer motorbike rental and car service. It's a short walk over the hill to Lakeside. A bike is also available on the premises for use, at no additional charge. Your car can be safely parked in our private driveway. Important: This is a strictly non-smoking home. Pets permitted on a case-by-case basis after prior agreement. Maximum of 5 adults are permitted, under the rental agreement. Large gatherings/parties (in excess of 10 people) are expressly excluded. Any failure to comply with these requests, will result in immediate eviction. No extra person will stay without mentioning in the booking list.
