A fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, gas cooker, oven, slow cooker, high quality cutlery, and pots and pans), private garden, 24-hour electricity and crystal-clean filtered drinking water, tv, free wifi. Guest access Guests have access to the entire grounds, pond, living room, enclosed patio, dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room (with washing machine), downstairs bathroom, upstairs master bath, upstairs master bedroom and two upstairs guest rooms. Other things to note Important: This is a strictly non-smoking home. Pets permitted on a case-by-case basis after prior agreement. Maximum of 5 adults are permitted, under the rental agreement. Large gatherings/parties (in excess of 10 people) are expressly excluded. Any failure to comply with these requests, will result in immediate eviction. No extra person will stay without mentioning in the booking list.
