The spacious bedroom boasts a firm, king-size bed and a private spa to add a touch of luxury to your stay. The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for entertaining, and the outdoor deck is the ideal spot to wine and dine while enjoying views of the Tasman Sea. For larger groups, the lower apartment can also be rented, accommodating up to 4 guests. The native garden landscape is home to natural waterfalls and rock features, and you may even be lucky enough to spot the local bird, the kereru. For an additional fee, guests can also utilize the sauna located at the bottom of the garden, shared with guests from the lower apartment (based @ $20/night, min 2 nights) Breakfast is not included, but the apartment is stocked with basic essentials such as our locally brewed "Raglan Roast" coffee, tea, sugar, oil and condiments. We prefer to accommodate mature guests over the age of 30, as we ask guests to be respectful of noise levels for the benefit of all guests. Pets are not allowed on the property. Our upper and lower apartments are both perfect for couples, and we kindly request that there be no babies, toddlers, or children present. Each apartment features a luxurious and supportive mattress to ensure a restful night's sleep for all our guests. Please note that we have a minimum booking requirement of 2 nights, and a minimum of 3 nights over long weekends. During the holiday season, we require a minimum booking of 5 nights. We do not allow pets on the premises, so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay without any distractions.
