A historic seaside house only a few steps from the sea! Enjoy the views from the patios, relax in the jacuzzi or the sauna and take a dip in the sea. A lot of activities for the kids (SUP-boarding, basketball, football, trampoline, frisbee golf) at the premises. Finish off the day by the fireside at the seafront A stone's throw away from the wonderful hiking trails of the Porkkala peninsula outdoor parks. Perfect place for a hide-away with the family, friends or workshop with your colleagues! The space The house has been totally refurbuished in 2020. The house has a master bedroom that sleeps two and the lofts sleep additionally 5 persons. The kitchen is modern and the living room has a comfy sofa and has a flat screen tv. The kitchen is modern with all standard appliances. The toilet is compact but modern with a water closet(WC) and a shower. There is separate cottage in the yard sleeps two and the sauna building has one bed downstairs and sleeps 2-3 persons on the loft. All the beds on the lofts in the house and sauna are matresses and access is not suitable for elderly people. The main source of heating (and cooling) is the air-source heat pump and additional heating can be done by electric radiotors. The sauna is wood heated. Dry wood can be found at the driveway. Water to the sauna needs to be carried with buckets from the house. The sauna is located in the back of the yeard and the next door neighbours are allowed to walk past it to their beach. The jacuzzi is on the from the patio ovelooking the sea. There is large lawn where kids can play and jump on there trampoline. On one of the patios there is a fairly well equipped gym. Enjoy SUP-boarding, basketball, football, trampoline, frisbee golf and weight lifting or boxing practise at the premises! Guest access Guest have access to all areas. The rent for the jacuzzi is 100 euros per reservation. Please let me know if you want to reserve it so we can make sure it is clean and warm when you arrive!
