You are staying in the bright, cozy Artist room for 2 people with a 140 cm double bed, bathroom (shower and toilet), TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and a small hotplate. A kitchen and a washing machine are not available! Breakfast is not provided! The large garden is at your disposal. Our dog Rusty lives in the house too! Important: There are no public Transportation. The nearest option is about 20 km away! The space The ARTworld of the artist Georg Mayerhanser and Anna Mayerhanser with sculpture garden, gallery and Anna's Galerie Café is a place where art comes to life. Exhibitions, concerts, readings and other events offer visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmospheric world of art and culture. The sculpture garden around the former farm offers the necessary space and the right ambience for inspiring walks. Every Saturday and Sunday, homemade cakes, tarts and coffee specialties invite you to enjoy and linger in the gallery café. The ARTworld is idyllically located in the countryside in Waldhausen/Bichl near Schnaitsee. Parking is sufficiently available. Guest access The large garden with various seating options is at your disposal. The gallery and the gallery café are open every Saturday and Sunday from 1 pm to 6 pm! During your stay We are happy to provide tips and information on excursions, etc. Our place is a good starting point for day trips to the Chiemgau mountains and ski resorts. By car, you are in approx. 1 hour to Munich or Salzburg, in approx. 20 minutes to Wasserburg or Mühldorf. To Chiemsee, you drive approx. 25 minutes. You can reach the Erding thermal baths in about 55 minutes. Other things to note You will find a small Edeka supermarket with bakery and butcher in Waldhausen, about 1 km away. Dining options / restaurants are available within a radius of about 15-20 km in Wasserburg, Obing, Trostberg or Mühldorf. Important: Unfortunately, there is no public transport here!
