Rural outlook over farmland that is a 5 minute drive to Avantidrome, 10 minutes to Mystery Creek fieldays or 15 minutes to Karapiro. Warm cozy house with heat pumps and air conditioning that is set up for family living. The space Comfortable family home with a central kitchen in an open plan living area. There are 5 bedrooms, one of which is a second lounge/room with double sofa bed (please note you go through this lounge to get to two of the bedrooms). The main bathroom has a large spa bath and shower, with separate toilet. The second bathroom is an ensuite off the main bedroom. There is a full laundary with clothes dryer. Facing farmland is a large deck area with outdoor couches, BBQ and tables for entertaining. There is also a swimming pool, spa pool, large trampoline, swing set and playhouse in the garden, making it ideal for families.There is ample parking and a roundabout out the front of the house suitable for large vehicles or trailers. There is also internal garage space if needed. Please note: The pool is able to be used all year round but is not heated. The spa is directly adjacent the pool, just outside the pool fence. If you are wanting the full lifestyle experience we also have pet sheep that can be hand feed, cats that you may or may not see and chickens to collect eggs from. Please note: Our cats are both indoor and outdoor cats. Other things to note Unfortunately due to past issues, if guests damage our property or belongings they will be liable for this through Airbnb, including extra cleaning costs or repairs to the pool or spa.
