The studio is part of an old Breton farmhouse divided into 4 apartments. Single-story and well-equipped, with terrace and garden, located 1/2 hour from the sea, and allowing you to discover all the riches of Brittany. The space 140 cm double bed. Electric coffee maker. Private terrace with table and chairs. Heated pool from April to September. 4G reception on all networks. Sheets from 6 nights. No towels. Parking for 1 car. Other things to note As the site cannot explain everything, here is some additional information to facilitate your stay: Sheets can be provided, from 6 nights, but not bath and beach towels. The park and pool are also available to the cottage and the big house. This means that for the well-being of everyone, we must respect each other; the pool or game schedules can vary depending on the people present, we discuss it together to agree. At the time of departure the studio must be as you found it, clean and tidy. It is possible to ask me to clean and make the bed, for an extra charge, likewise I can offer you breakfast (let me know beforehand).
