I The property is set on 2.5 acres. The ranch house sits on 1.25 acres while the stables and the cowboy trailer sit on the other 1.25 acres. **The cowboy trailer may be rented at the same time. Guests are advised to enjoy their own areas of the spacious property. There is plenty of room, and privacy, to roam around on each property. I split my time between Pioneertown and Los Angeles. Pioneertown is a movie set town built in 1946 by Roy Rogers and other Hollywood investors as a unique setting for Western TV series and Motion Pictures. It is conveniently located just 3 miles from Old Town Yucca Valley with it's cafes and unusual shops for thrifting and antiquing. There are many shopping opportunities located in near by Yucca Valley CA. You should be able to find just about anything you might need close by. Pioneertown Mountains Preserve offers 25,500 acres of volcanic mesas, canyons, and open lands. While there is a bus that runs along Hwy 62 there is no public transportation to Pioneertown and a car is required to get back and forth. There is a local cab company, and ride services such as Uber. Lift black bar up and the spa cover will be completely open 2) Set desired temp from 80-104 When green light is lit, the desired temp has been reached. 3) when finished, place cover over tub. Place cinder block on each side to keep spa cover closed as it can get extremely windy here.
