***NEWLY UPDATED SPACE...NEW FEATURES ADDED*** Enjoy a rare opportunity to stay in Exeter Art Gallery. The gallery was featured in Architectural Digest as a unique place to stay. You will have the pleasure of being surrounded by premier art from a local artist. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is close by: Whole Foods, restaurants, bars, and shops. The space In this simple white wall gallery several comforts have been added to make for a more enjoyable stay. In this space you will find a living area with two double sleeper sofa, a TV, and a 4 person dinning table. There is a small kitchenette stocked with dishes and utensils to prepare meals. There is also a small cook-top, microwave, toaster over, and fridge/freezer. You will also find one bedroom with a queen bed and small sofa. Separate from the room is a full bathroom with a large shower. The walls are covered with beautiful art work from a local artist. This is a great place to stay and enjoy to wonderful city of Baltimore. Guest access The entire space is yours to use. Other things to note *There are security cameras outside of the property monitoring the entrances into the home, recording at all times. *Be aware that it can be noisy at times as it is in the city and people live above the space. I suggest bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. *This space is a fully functional art gallery. Every other month a new artist will have work displayed. Guests will not be disturbed during their stay. *-Quiet time: 10pm-8am weekdays 12am-8am weekends -Strict checkout time: 10am.
