Stay in a safe and quiet gated community, where the entire 1st floor of a charming three-story shared house is exclusively yours with a private backdoor entry. Featuring a spacious king bedroom, enjoy the added privacy of your own living room, a flat-screen TV solely for your entertainment, and a kitchenette tucked away in the laundry room for exclusive use. Other residents live on the 3rd floor. Residents will only enter your floor to use the laundry. No access to 2nd floor. Pets on property. The space Spacious king bedroom and en-suite bathroom, desk space, private backdoor entry, private living room, and private kitchenette with large fridge just for you! Enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit in the backyard, and Netflix access in your own living room. There is also rooftop access from the 3rd floor with views of the city! Kitchenette includes: large fridge, large sink, dish rack, microwave, electric stove, air fryer, toaster, electric kettle, Keurig, dish ware and cooking utensils, and pantry space. Guest access There is no access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house unless to visit the rooftop! You will have your own dedicated parking spot on the driveway, and access to the backyard and rooftop. During your stay I reside in the house, but I give my guests their space and privacy. Other things to note House rules 1. Shoes off in house 2. No events or additional guests 3. No smoking indoors! 4. Quiet hours after 10:00PM 5. Rooftop access from 10AM - 10PM 6. Please be respectful to other residents in the house
