A lovely and cozy family home (including 2 sweet cats) in a quiet residential area. Ideal for families or couples. Our house has a nice, sunny and green garden on the south where you can sit wonderfully. The center of Amsterdam is not far away. Rent bicycles or take the free ferry from the NDSM wharf to central station. For children, there are many playgrounds nearby, and there is a supermarket around the corner. Our house is well maintained and very tasteful. The space Relax completely in our beautiful house. The living room has a wooden floor, sitting area and round oak dining table with bench. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, with an oven, a quooker for boiling water, and a DeLongi Magnifica S coffee machine (for both coffee beans and filter coffee). Then there is the lovely garden with very comfortable garden furniture, both in the morning and in the evening you can enjoy the sun. Netflix is available. The master bedroom on the first floor has a lovely Auping box spring (180 cm). Furthermore, on the second floor, there is a bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm), and the bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. In the attic, there is a guest room/study with a single Auping box spring, and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed. If you are an animal lover, you are in luck! We have two sweet cats who like to be petted. Unfortunately, paid parking has recently been introduced in our neighborhood. The cost is 1.66 per hour, from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and free on Sundays. That's 16.60 euros a day. Due to the rules in Amsterdam for Airbnb rentals, no more than 4 people are allowed to stay in our house. We live in a quiet residential area with many families, so we do not want to cause any inconvenience to the neighborhood when we rent out our house. Other things to note We have two sweet cats, Karel and Klaas. Karel is orange and Klaas is black and long-haired. Karel is already old and elderly, and often has a cold unfortunately. Karel is affectionate and likes to sit on your lap. Klaas is not a lap cat, but he does like to be petted. Please take good care of them and feed them twice a day (in the morning and evening). The cats are allowed to go outside, so please let them out daily. Klaas especially wants to go outside. Karel often does not want to go outside for long, and usually sleeps inside.
