Family house with garden, close to NDSM, 1 cat

A lovely and cozy family home (including 1 sweet cat) in a quiet residential area. Great for families or couples. Our house has a nice, sunny and green south-facing garden where you can sit. The center of Amsterdam is not far away. Rent bikes or take the free ferry from the NDSM wharf to Central Station. For children there are many playgrounds nearby, and there is a supermarket around the corner. Our home is well maintained and very tasteful. The space Relax and soak in our beautiful home. The living room features a wooden floor, sitting area and round oak dining table with bench. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, with an oven, a quooker for boiling water, and a DeLongi Magnifica S coffee machine (for both coffee beans and filter coffee). Then the lovely garden with very comfortable garden furniture, both in the morning and in the evening you can enjoy the sun. There is Netflix available. The master bedroom on the first floor has a lovely Auping box spring (180 cm). Furthermore, on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm), and the bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. In the attic is a spare room/study with a single Auping box spring, and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed. If you're an animal lover, you're in luck! We have two sweet cats who would like to be petted. Unfortunately, paid parking has recently been introduced in our neighborhood. The cost of this is 1.66 per hour, from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and free on Sundays. That's 16.60 euros a day. With our visitor pass, you pay 5 euros per day. Due to the rules in Amsterdam for Airbnb rental, no more than 4 people are allowed to stay in our house. We live in a quiet residential area with many families, so we don't want to cause a nuisance to the neighborhood when we rent out our house.
